This pen press allows for fast, accurate assembly with minimal effort. The principle of this press is that it applies pressure directly along the centre axis of the components, preventing misalignment, which is a common problem with other methods. You can adjust the length to suit any pen kit and pre-set the distance that the transmission will be inserted into the barrel. This is popular when working with multiple pens or pencils from the same kit.

The base is made from CNC machined aircraft grade aluminium that is beautifully finished in black electro-coating and features a series of 6 countersunk holes for rock solid bench mounting. The 300mm handle allows for plenty of leverage, driving the round steel ram through its unbreakable cast-iron frame. Pressure is exerted onto a 25mm nylon pad that incorporates a central hole to accept and centralise the nib of the pen. This large capacity, premium performance pen press accepts pens and pencils up to 185mm in length. ©
