This mini bench grinder will grind, sharpen, polish and buff tools and has a flexible rotary shaft for drilling, deburring and grinding. Its dimension and scale allow for fine and detailed work to be carried out with precision and accuracy. The whisper quiet, high torque, motor has variable speed control from 3,000 to 10,000rpm for setting the correct rotational speed for the application. Mounted on a heavy cast base with a steel frame it has substantial mass to dampen vibration to minimal levels and does not need securing to the workbench.

The bench grinder is fitted with a 75mm aluminium oxide wheel, which is fast cutting to remove nicks, shape a basic edge and sharpen and a fibre wheel for cleaning and deburring. To convert to a bench polisher for fine honing and polishing you simply remove the wheels and attach the two tapered spindles. You then screw on the two 75mm felt polishing wheels, reduce the rotational speed and commence polishing and honing.

The 925mm rotary shaft threads on to the main drive spindle and features a three jaw chuck which will secure rotary tools and drill bits with 1mm to 4mm diameter shanks.
